A. POLITICAL INFORMATION
Barangay San Fernando was solemnized by Father Eugenio Almiron on April 1950 with Mayor Glicerio Acosta and his Municipal Council as witnesses. The Barangay is composed of six (6) Puroks namely Purok Namnamama and Purok Tagumpay on the east; Purok Landing on the southeast area with the most number of registered voters; Purok Mabuhay on northwest side, wherein the Barangay Hall is situated; Purok Sadiri on the northeast and Purok Liwliwa on the southwest with the least number of population. The number of registered voters in 2013 are 765 and composed of seven (7) precincts.
B. PHYSICAL INFORMATION
Barangay San Fernando is one of the of the of the 34 barangays of Alicia of the Province of Isabela and lies on the east side of the municipality. The Barangay is a rural community, mostly agricultural with an area of 389.00 hectares and more or less 3.5 kms. from the municipal seat of government. It is surrounded by various barangays:
North : Barangay Paddad, Alicia
South : Barangay Antonino & Barangay Sta. Cruz
East : Barangay Dalakip, Angadanan
West : Barangay Linglingay, Alicia
